Anyone else sick of Bainance transfer fees? I mean when we were $9 a week ago...Half of that wasn’t a big deal. But now that we are pushing over $60, $30!is just absolutely absurd! I’ve tweeted them and sent in support complaints. I’d recommend everyone else do the same. Soon enough it’ll be literally hundreds to transfer GVT! 1-8 Update, looks like they lowered the fee today to .35 I'll take it! Nice work ladies and gentleman!
VEN transfer fee on Binance seems to be lowered to 2.7 VEN vs the 5 VEN stated on their fees page. I have been waiting for Binance to lower the fees to move VEN out of the exchange, and to my surprise just now, I saw that the fee was lowered if you try to withdraw VEN from the Deposits Withdraws page. Here is a screen shot if anyone is interested. https://imgur.com/a/YmOJx I transferred my VEN out already and received all that I transferred minus the 2.7 VEN.
I have 75 $SNX in my ledger. I connected Mintr and try to transfer them to Binance but transaction fee is $45 which is ridicilous. Honestly I am new on this platform and I don't know if there is any better and cheaper way to complete this transaction. I tried also MEW but after several attempt spending 3,5 or 7 USD for default transaction fees, all of them failed saying "out of gas".

@cz_binance: Super cheap. Imagine walking into a bank and say "I need to transfer $1b, I want it processed in the next 10 minutes, and I am willing to pay $700 in fees." We did a similar tx for $1.2B, paid $0.015 in fees, done in 1.1 seconds. https://t.co/IK0rX0yHSV
Binance enables deposit/withdrawal for ICX native coins, see transfer fees and confirmation count required
I just found that Binance has enabled deposit and withdrawal for ICX native coins (not ERC-20 tokens). Please make sure you are using native ICX addresses, which begin with "hx" (not "0x" like ERC-20 token addresses). Naturally , I immediately tried transfers to both directions with a small amount. In case you are interested: Deposit to Binance (ICONex -> Binance) - ICONex required 0.01 ICX transaction fee - Binance required 21 confirmations before crediting account - Took approx. 1 min 10 sec after sending it from ICONex Withdrawal from Binance (Binance -> ICONex) - Binance required 0.02 ICX transaction fee - Took approx. 4 min 20 sec after processing started at Binance (Of course, individual transfer time will vary depending on exchange's processing and network traffic at the given time.) Now that I've successfully tested tiny transfers to both directions with my ICONex wallet and securely stored away private key, backup file and password, it is time to move all my long-term hold out of the exchange. And even if I have the urge to swing trade some portion of it, the relative swiftness of deposit (comparable to NEO) and lower fee will allow me to keep my stack in the wallet until the last minute. As an aside, I know some people are still waiting for hardware wallet support, and I also hope it will arrive soon. (And I personally would also prefer to have a stand-alone desktop wallet, preferably available on Linux as well as other OS, instead of the currently available browser add-on or mobile wallets, but IIRC there is no such plan yet.) Hope this helps, cheers. EDIT: It may be rather unfortunate that exchange deposit has been enabled while ICX, along with most other coins, is heading south again today - I suspect there could be quite a few people who are ready to sell off their coins that have been locked up in their private wallets until now. Luckily for me, I can still afford to have a relatively long(er)-term investment horizon for a while yet...but of course I empathize with those with shorter term trading in mind and pray that the market sentiment will improve soon...
Can we talk about Binance and their exorbitant transfer fees?
I've reached the point where I'm done riding the waves with my alt coins and just want to hodl and check up on them time to time, so I wanted to withdraw them from my portfolio on there into a wallet, checked out the withdrawal fees and they're insanely expensive! Some examples:
100 TRX fee for transferring any amount of Tron. Doesn't matter if it's 100 or 1,000,000. It's actually an option to transfer 100 TRX and recieve nothing because it just covers the fee.
80 FUN fee for Funfair on any amount
50 LEND fee for EthLend on any amount
The really crazy thing is that the transfer fees vary wildly. I can transfer any amount of Verge for example and the fee is only 0.1 XVG. Yet as I'm writing this post XVG is $0.17 and LEND is $0.20, so the fee doesn't seem to correlate with the cost of the coin; how the hell are they calculating the fees?! It seems like they're throwing figures out of thin air and saying "yeah that sounds about right". The kicker is I've bought these coins on their site, paid fees already when I bought them (in BNB so I get the full amount) then they want to charge more for a transfer out just because they can. And you can't use your BNB on withdrawals either. Is there no way to avoid losing so much of our coins for withdrawals? Or are we going to have to resort to holding on Binance instead of wallets for fear of losing huge chunks of the coins per transfer?

The problem is that some of these coins have high fees. For example, if you want to transfer Tronix coins from Binance to Bithumb or Upbit account, you will have to pay about 57 Tronix as fee alone. Now imagine transferring 150 Tronix. Literally, you’ll be giving away 1/3rd of your crypto-coins (i.e. 57 Trons) to Binance as transfer fee. Binance’s trading fees are far below the industry average which is arguably around 0.25%. The trading fees are also reduced based on trading volume and holdings of Binance’s native token, the BNB, as set out in the below table: Binance Withdrawal fees.
